Throughout each workday morning, as the restaurants publish them. On weekends and holidays most restaurants publish no menu.
Write to us with the restaurant's name and what is wrong. Restaurants occasionally change the format of their pages, and the loading then needs a fix.
Check three things: notifications turned on in the app and allowed in iOS Settings, Background App Refresh on, Low Power Mode off. The notification arrives between 10:00 and 12:00, and only when one of your favorite dishes is served that day. iOS controls the exact delivery time; occasionally it may not arrive.
